Federal Reserve Act was an Act of Congress that created and set up the central banking system of the U.S. which is called Fedral Reserve System. Also it granted the legal authority to issue Federal Rserve Notes , which is now commonly known as U.S. Dollar,. The Act was signed into law by President Woodrow Wilson. -
