In 312 A.D., Emperor Constantine was named emperor.He put out several orders.The orders were that soldiers' sons work in the army, farmers' sons work in the field of farming, and workers' sons had to work their fathers' jobs.He split the Empire in two and moved the capital into the Byzantium.He did not stop the decline of the Roman Empire. -
