Steller's sea cow
The Steller's sea cow is an extinct marine mammal. It was first described by Georg Wilhelm Steller in 1741 the North Pacific. Its range had been limited to a single, isolated population surrounding the uninhabited Commander Islands. Within 27 years of discovery by Europeans, The Steller's sea cow was hunted to extinction.

Great auk
The great auk was a flightless bird that became extinct in the mid-19th century.The auks spent their time in the waters of the North Atlantic, ranging as far south as northern Spain and also around the coast of Canada, Greenland, Iceland, the Faroe Islands, Norway, Ireland, and Great Britain. The great auk was a food source and a symbolic item for Native American cultures. On 3 July 1844, the last two species were killed.

Quagga
The quagga is an extinct subspecies of plains zebra that lived in South Africa until the 19th century. Its name is derived from its call, which sounds like "kwa-ha-ha". The quagga was extinct in the wild by 1878.The last captive specimen died in Amsterdam on 12 August 1883. The quagga was heavily hunted. The Barbary lion also known as the Atlas lion, was an African lion population native to North Africa, including the Atlas Mountains. The lesser bilby once lived in the hot deserts in the heart of the Australian continent, scientists believe that the cause of extinct that cats and foxes were imported into the continent and they competed with rabbits for food. Chinese river dolphin
The baiji is a freshwater dolphin found only in the Yangtze River in China. The dolphin is also called Chinese river dolphin, Yangtze River dolphin, whitefin dolphin and Yangtze dolphin. The baiji was declared extinct in 2006. The main reason of its extinction is water pollution.

The black rhinoceros or hook-lipped rhinoceros is a species of rhinoceros, native to eastern and southern Africa including Botswana, Kenya, Malawi, Mozambique, Namibia, Swaziland, Tanzania, Zambia, and Zimbabwe. Carolina parakeet
The Carolina parakeet was found from southern New York and Wisconsin to Kentucky, Tennessee and the Gulf of Mexico, from the Atlantic seaboard to as far west as eastern Colorado. It lived in old-growth forests along rivers and in swamps. Hunters are constantly hunting on the Carolina parakeet (or parrot), because they damage the fruit trees. In result there is only one pair in Cincinnati zoo, but in 1917-1918 both individuals died.
