iPhone 4S
This model of the iPhone retained the same form factor as the previous model but introduced Siri, Apple's virtual assistant. -

The iPhone 5 jumped from a 3.5-inch screen to a 4inch screen. Along with the improvement in screen size, Apple changed from the proprietary 30-pin connector to the Lightning connector. -

The iPhone 5c was released as the budget alternative to the iPhone 5 and included multiple different colors. -
Iphone 5S
The iPhone 5S introduced the new color, Gold, to the iPhone lineup. In addition to this, Apple changed the home button to incorporate a fingerprint sensor to unlock the device. -
