    King George III proclaimed a new law preventing the colonists from traveling west from the Apolation mountains. This was made to help prevent Indians from attacking colonists.

    The king of Britain created a new law, tthis detailed that all the colonists in America must quarter the British soldiers. This meant that the colonists had to allow the British soldiers to live in there house, and give them food.

    British taxed colonists on all paper. This was the first tax from Britain and this enraged the colonists.

    The hatred between the colonists and the British soldiers was growing very quickly. There were fights in the streets and namecalling. One night, a protest occured in front of a tax collector's home in Boston. Soldieers quickly gathered in front of the angry colonists. Shots were fired and five men were left dead.

    The king of England declared a new law stating that all the colonists had to buy tea from the East India Company (an English comppany). The colonists wre once again furious with the king and thought that he had no right to force that. There were once more protests everywhre you turn. Some colonists went as far as dressng up as Native Americans and bouarded tea ships. While on bouaed, the colonists dumped 90,000 punds of tea into the ocan in the Boston port.
