    Purpose: Set a boundry at the Appilatian Mountians as temporary western border for colonists and colonies. Affect: Angered colonists that owned land and investors that bought land in the western areas of America.

    Purpose: Lowered taxes on imported molasses Affect: Colonists believed that the Acts of the British violated ir interferred with their rights.
