I now have a schedule and have a structured day that i control rather than my pain controlling. I can map my day out. -

I am back in school and getting back to doing normal days. -
Therapist ✔
I have been going to a therapist as mayo clinic has recommended but don't think it helps me. -
No Naps ★ See Notion Template
I cant take naps at all which is annoying but its ok. -
Sleep ✔
Ive gotten back to somewhat normal sleep apposed to not sleeping at all. -
Hoodie ✔
I cannot wear my hoodie on my head anymore or hats -
Medication ✔
I'm off all medication at the moment as before i was on every pill you could think of. -
Social ✔
I have gotten back to being social and doing social things with friends and with my brothers friends -
Pain Behaviors ✔
Cant do pain behaviors including showing any signs of a headache or pain. -
