Articles of Confederation
The Articles of Confederation was adopted by the Continental Congress on November 15, 1777. This document served as the United States' first constitution, and was forced from March 1, 1781, until 1789 when the present day Constitution went into effect. -
Three-fifths compermise
The sotheran ststes had so many slaves they wanted to consider them as thair population and count them as one person.
the Northeran ststes argued since they can't vote they should not be counted as a person. They compermised as slaves counting as 3/5 of a person. -
Shay's Rebellion
Daniel Shay was a Massachuets farmer who set up shays rebellon. Shay led more than 1,000 farmers on September 16, 1786 to atack the courthouses. -
Slave trade
Another did agreameant was at least when they wanted to band slavetrade. Some states said that it would hurt their economy. The compermise was that after 20 years of slavescongress could do what they wanted. -
