Abdication of Florene
Florene, the current serving Augustus, decided to abdicate. This decision was made by her in order to invest more time into building Constantinople. Justinian, being the long-serving Caesar, was to replace Florene. The ceremony to crown Justinian was held during mid-January with the participation rate exceeding 20 players (Enemies were also allowed the attend; fighting was successfully prohibited for the duration of the ceremony). -
