What was the general/overall problem and what could have improved it?

The overall problem with these civilizations was that they were to focused on conquest and spreading their empire. We see these different empires that focus on conquest fall between a short period of time, compared to a semi peaceful empire like the Kush Empire that relied on trading. Even though they tried taking over Egypt but failed, they still prospered for a long period of time. What these civilizations should have done was focused on keeping their empire stable, instead of taking over land

How could have people lived differently to make their lives better?

They should have lived peacefully instead of having hate for other empires. If they were peaceful, then they wouldn't be focused on taking over empires, resulting in their fall. Another way the people could have lived differently to make their lives better was to focus on jobs that would help keep the empire stable. If you have devoted people that would work on fixing buildings, farming, building, trading, ect..

How could a leader have changed his/her leadership style or decisions to have a better outcome in history?

The leaders should have been peaceful and mindful of consequences. If they were wise, then they would see that their actions would lead to consequences. Also they should have been leaders that focused on keeping his kingdom and people stable, instead of forgetting that and just going to conquer foreign empires, resulting in their fall. They shouldn't be a leader focused on power and fear, but a kind yet powerful leader.
