In 1771 Robert Owen held the belief that environment determines children's beliefs, behaviors, and achievements. Many studies show and prove this point however there a few cases where grown children has pushed out of the circumstances of where they have grown up. -

In 1853 Robert Owen began to proclaim the thought that education can help shape a new society. He believed that if you teach the new generation how to act and such then they will form a new society.
