The competition growth was incredible, so all the costs went down, some cut their budgets, and had a lot of suppliers and other started to travel with their clients -
Consolidation
They changed the directions of this companies, they merged companies and suppliers. They franchised, made cooperative marketing agreements, rollups, joint ventures and acquisitions and mergers. -
Financial Crisis
GDP drops more than 10%, causing thousands of cancellations on meetings across the country. It was difficult to DMC's to stay afloat and survive this crisis. -
21th Century
DMC's wanted more global partners, for the local expertise and the most fascinating and complete experience they can get.
