My first running on hollidays
Today I ran the first time on hollidays. It has been after three days of family meals and I think that's why it costs me a lot. I ran from my house (''La Pava'', Gavà) to the end of ''Paseo Marítimo de Gavà''. Now, I am very proud of myself because I have done exersice on hollidays and it is a thing that I always propose and I never do. Appart from that, I feel very good because i need it after three days in home with family.

Running with my friend Laia
I tell to my best friend Laia that I had gone to run and she wanted to come with me today. We ran from ''Plaza de Las Palmeras'' to Club Náutico. It doesn't costs me as much as the previous day, probably because we were slower, we were talking, we ran 40 minutes non-stop. After running we went to the beach. I was very tired!

my first running of the year
Today I ran in the morning. It hasn't cost me because the 29th and 30th I played a handball tournamennt with my team. I am very happy because I have already run three days!! I ran 30 minutes non-stop.

I use the kings presents
Yesterday the kings gave me sportswear and today I went running to use for first time. I went in the morning and it was a sunny morning. I ran from my mom's house (Plaza de las Palmeras) to Clun Nautico and I retourned 20 minutes non-stop (I think faster than the other days). Now I am very tired.

Yesterday Xavi recommended me an app called ENDOMONDO and today I tried to use it, but I didn't know very good the app and I forget to activate the GPS. For this reason the app only has done some of my running information. I ran 25 minutes non-stop at Paseo Marítimo. I'm very tired. It was good but I have gone at 12h on Sunday and there was too people at the Paseo Marítimo and sometimes was difficult to run without stopping. I'm so proud to have gone 5 times this hollidays!
