First Continental Congress met in Carpenter’s Hall located in Philadelphia from September 5 to October 26, 1774 -
Second Continental Congress
They met on May 5,1775 which was after the battles at Lexington and Concord on April 9th. A couple of the delegates were Sam Adams, Benjamin Franklin, Patrick Henry, and John Hancock. The pain problem was how to finance the cost of the war. -
