President Truman's Proposed Health Program
Harry S. Truman proposed a new national health care program. It suggested that the federal governemnt should play a role in the health care. Truman's informed of the lack of medical personnel, lack of quality hospitals in rural and lower-income counties, also how there wasn't a board of doctors and public officials.
