    This is first introduced in 2700 BC in China. One advantage of abacus is that it will help you improve comprehension in math. On the other hand, one of the disadvantage of this is that it is hard to learn how to use it.

    This is first introduced in 1800.
    Advantage: Chalk do not need any special care unlike markers the lid needs to be capped when not using unless it will dry it up.
    Disadvantage:

    Advantage: Tutorial and coaching instructor.
    Disadvantage: Not integrated in to everyday learning.

    Internet is first introduced in 1996.
    Advantage: Internet research results indicate that internet use increases language use and acquisition of second language.
    Disadvantage: Internet is not always accessible by all learners.

    This is introduced in 1999.
    Advantage: Projection of computer images on a larger screen.
    Disadvantage: Touch sensitive board has limitations; sometimes is not sensitive enough.

  • Smart Phones

    This is introduced in 2007-2010.
    Advantage: Smart phones have the ability to browse full websites with large amount of data and it will appear the same way as it is in the desktop browser.
    Disadvantage: It is very expensive to buy compared to other phones.
