Magna Carta
The Magna Carta (latin for great charter) is the charter of English political and civil liberties granted by King John at Runnymede. It is a garentee of rights. pg. 31 -

The Petition of Right is a document that gives specific liberties of the subject that the king is prohibited from infringing. It was following the disputes between Parliament and King Charles I over the time of the Thirty Years' War. pg 31 -
English Bill of Rights
The English Bill of Rights is an act that the Paliment of England passed; a restatement in statutory form of the Declaration of Right presented by the Convention Parliament to William and Mary (english monarchs) asking them to joint soverents of England. pg.31 -

The Albany Plan of Union was a proposal to create one government for the Thirteen Colonies, and a delegate from Pennsylvania.The plan was one of many attempts to form a union of the colonies. -
