When having fun, make sure to stay safe as well- wear a helmet, seatbelt, limit excessive drinking of alcohol, wear sunscreen, and keep up with medical examinations.

    Once you're into you 30's, make sure you stay at a healthy wight by having a healthy diet and exercising regularly, cut down on sodium and sugar. Sleep is still very important into your 30's, in addition keeping away from smoking is very important. While you may find yourself stressed, be able to drink in moderation and find more helpful ways of relieving it. Continue to use plenty of sunscreen to protect from skin cancer, and keep yourself safe in any situation.

Screenings for breast and prostate cancer become even more important, hearing and vision may be effected as well.

Keeping track of blood pressure and cholesterol as well as BMI is important, and acting in response to any abnormal tests. Make sure to have a fiber-rich diet, eating less salt, fat, and sugar. Insure your fire alarm is working, and take steps to reduce your risk of falling.
