Pick up children from cafeteria and use bathrooms on the way to class -
8:00-8:15 AM Morning Announcements
Watch the morning news. (Pledge, school pledge) -
8:15 AM Circle Time
Students will sit at carpet and we will go over the calendar and weather. We will also do our daily counting. -
9:00-10:30 AM Groups and Tables
During this time we will split into groups and centers. One group will be at my table doing math and another group will be at my assistant's table doing reading while others are in groups. We will rotate around so everyone gets through. -
10:30-10:45 AM Daily Reading out of class book
Each week I will be reading a class book that has to deal with either what we are studying or an upoming event. -
10:45-11:00 AM Get ready for lunch
Wash hands and use bathrooms then line up for lunch. -
11:00-11:40 AM Lunch and Recess
Students will be taken to lunch then we will go outside or to the gym (if it is raining/wet). -
11:45AM-12:00PM Use bathrooms and settle down
Use bathrooms and get ready to do Social Studies -
12:00-1:00PM Related Arts

During this time we will do reading and go over popcorn words.
On Thursdays we go to the library to check out new books. -
2:00-2:30PM Centers
During this time the students will be in centers while my assistant and I do agendas and put homework in folders. -
2:30-2:45PM Prepare for dismissal
Get ready for dismissal -
2:50PM Dismissal
Time to go home!
