  • My Coupon Plan

    My coupon plan will be a loyalty program as it will incorporate a punch-hole system where you get free items for every ten cups of coffee purchased. I selected this because generally, people will find a morning routine with coffee, and people who go to coffee shops will be totally satisfied to get a free item after ten cups. This promotional strategy will improve my business image because it gives the customer a reason to come back besides the coffee.
  • Coupon

    This coupon will be a coupon with punch holes in it for however many cups of coffee you buy- ten little punch holes (you buy one coffee you get one punch hole) you get a free thing under 6 dollars. These coupons will be given to anyone after their first purchase (they may receive more than one). It will give people the opportunity to get a free item after ten cups of coffee so it just gives them a little freebie and it will make them feel like they're wanted at my coffee shop.
  • Incentives

    If you round up for a children's hospital donation your name is automatically added to the formal raffle- for this to work the customer must enter their information to the coffee shop. They are entered for a 20-dollar gift card.
  • Traffic Builders

    Using direct mail despite very low amounts of people showing up from this it still gives possible customers another reason to visit my coffee shop. I chose this because I want to give my customers another reason to visit my coffee shop. This will improve the image of the restaurant by promoting our shop to people who may have never noticed our shop and give us a positive impression when we give out coupons through direct mail.
  • Product Samples

    The product I would sample would have to be something like a pastry, so I will give out some free cookies (they’re really good with coffee). I would distribute these products in my own shops and possibly in a Costco- because people know about Costco and their Saturday samples. This will give children a reason to want to go there because there is more than just coffee, and parents are already going there so it will only make more money than less so it’s a win-win scenario.
