Week 1- introduction to topics- Arslan
students are introduced to the idea of selecting a research Question. Students select a topic and then come up with a question to carry out research on. how to ask a question- difference between a research Questions and a hypothesis. -
week 5- Presentation
students present their findings to others and provide feedback to one another in a BLP showcase. -
week 2- Research
students are taught how to carry out effective research. students are shown how to reference, what a bibliography, importance of checking their research against recognized peer reviewed sources. -
week 3- Active research
students carry out active research on their selected question. the Question may have changed since original decision. Students may decide to go to the library -
week 4- compiling research and making presentation
students collect all data and research together and start to begin it all together to present their findings to others. -
