Parent conference to discuss major offense. Provide parents with copy of the rules and expectations, describe offense and steps taken to correct. Listen to parents concerns and ideas. Discuss, and agree upon, ideas on how to deal with behavior both in school and at home. -

Respond to misbehavior, provide explanation of misbehavior (i.e. why is was wrong, question student regarding choices), provide student with expectations and warn of consequences. -
