The Complex Number Calculator (CNC)
In 1941 the complex number calculator was invented by a researcher George Stibitz. This aloud people to combine number together in an easier fashion. I chose this because without having a number calculator it would be a lot harder to do math and we wouldn't have the calculators we have today. -
Magnetic Core Memory
In 1953 Jay Forester installed magnetic core memory on the Whirlwind computer. Made computers more reliable, faster, and easier to make. I chose this event because this aloud computers to work and function better with newer tachnology. -

In 1962 the first real time laboratory data processing. Designed by Wesley Clark aloud digital equipent to work and brought commersialing to a new level. I chose this event because I am interested in digital equipment. -
Graphics & Games
In 1966, Ralph Baer designed a ping-pong game for his Odyssey gaming console. This game brought better things to the table. More future designing games came to place. I chose this event because I absolutly love this game! -
Digital Storage System
In 1967 IBM delivered the first of its photo-digital storage systems to Lawrence Livermore National Laboratory. This system could read and write up to a trillion bits of information. I chose this event because having digital storage makes a huge diffference. I wonder what would be different without this. -
Hard Disks
Hard disks are an essential part of the computer revolution, allowing fast, random access to large amounts of data. I chose this event because this aloud of computer to be more productive and fast acting. -
Pixar Was Founded
Pixar films and games was founded. The group created the computer animated segments of films such as “Star Trek II: The Wrath of Khan” and “Young Sherlock Holmes.” I chose this event because Pixar movies are my favorite. They brought animation to a whole nother level. -
The Pentium microprocessor
In 1993 the pentium microprocessor was introduced. The Pentium introduced several advances that made programs run faster such as the ability to execute several instructions at the same time and support for graphics and music. I chose this event because it stood out to me. I hae never heard of a pentium microprocessor before. -
Microsoft Windows 2000
In the year 2000 Microsoft Windows 2000 was released. This software aloud people to expore freely. I chose this event because I grew up using all microsoft products including Mircosoft 2000.
