Bell telephone labotories created this and displayed it at a mathmatics confrence, first demostration of remote acess computing. I added this because it was the first calculayter ever, and it was so huge and did only bery simple equations. -
Public got its first look at the ENIAC
Took up 1,000 square feet, but was amazing because it could do 5,000 operations per second. I added this because I thought it was cool that the public got to see such a crazy system that was so new and unheard of. -
First Magnetic Memory Installed.
Jay Forester installed magnetic core memory onto a whirlwind computer. Very popular because it made computers more relabile. I added this because, its a big step to have a new kind of memory added to computers. -
First Intagrated Circut
Made to prove that resitors and capaitors could exsist on the same semiconductor material. Called the Kibly Intagrated Circut. I added this because circuits are used in every thing that turns on and its cool to see the first one that was intagrated. -
DEC's Minicompter sold for $120,000
Did not need a air conditioner to run. About three times larger than any desktop computer we have now.
I added this because I couldent believe that a computer like that is
$120,000, For such a huge advanced system that did not do much back then. -
First "common" work computer.
The HP-2115, allows the power of a bigger computer to do the same in a small one. Ran 3 different laugages. (Not really a screen)
I added this because its so funny to see how advanced old computers were made. -
HP releases the faster calculater yet.
Shaped like somenow, could preform triganomtry and other advanced problems. Now always correct. They did not last as long as ones now had to have batteries that could not be replaced. I added this because its cool to see the first of something we use everyday. -

Light the fire to the fast growing personal computer growth. Ran on mircosofts MS-DOS operating system.
I added this because this is the first big boom to the pc market and thats something that is huge today and its cool to see the first one. -

sold for $1,295. Had more video and audio than any other computers.
Allowed add-ons (hardware). Could be upgraded very easily.
I added this because this was a big step in computers, I thought it was crazy that it was the first computer that had add-ons for your use not for the computers.
