IBM's 9345 hard disk drive
The hard disk drive was started by the IBM. This hard disk was one of the first to to use magneto-resistive heads. This disk had an advantage against it's competitors because the it's were able to be stored more densely. The first model of this had two 1 GB and the second model had 1.5 GB.
