    Purpose- This was an agreement between individuals, with the purpose to provide order, and protect the rights of colonists.
    Big Ideas- This was a start to self government and rule of law.

    Purpose- This was a government document written to expand the rights of parliament and the people, while limiting the kings power.

    Written by- A collection of newsletters written by English journalists. Purpose- The purpose was to discuss ideas such as freedom of expression and argue against kings heavy handed rule.

    A pamphlet written by a colonial journalist.
    Purpose- This explained the arguments for independence so colonists could understand. In support of independence.
