    The untied nations was a peace keeping organization in the United States That was first used in 1945. The Head quarters for this organization is in New York. It holds 193 nations that help make decisions in the World. Out of these 193, 5 nations make the final grand choices these countries are The U.S., England, France, Russia, and China. This group impacted society by creating a somewhat safer more secure environment in the world.

    Brown VS. Board of Education
    in 1954, A man by the name of Oliver Brown asked a local segregated school if his daughter could go to their all white school. They did not let him so he contacted the NAACP to help him file a law suit against them. He won this court case and all segregated schools were no longer allowed to be segregated anymore. This affected society by getting rid of segregated schools.

    Elvis Presley
    Elvis Presley was born on January 8, 1935, but he did not become popular until 1956. At the age of 8 Elvis won his first talent show with his talented singing. Popularity came when he was put on the ED Sullivan show. Some of his most famous songs include Crazy Little Thing Called Love and Cant Help Falling in Love. He was also drafted into the army during WWII. Elvis Presley died of a prescription drug overdose on August 16, 1977. He impacted society because of his outgoing self.

    The Berlin wall was set up overnight by east Germany on august 13, 1961. The Berlin wall was a concrete structure that kept Berlin divided into east Berlin and West Berlin. Since it was literally built over night if you lived on the west side of Berlin but were on the east side when it was built then you had to stay there. The Berlin Wall was destructed on November 9, 1989.

    In 1962 Cuba received Nuclear Weapons from the Soviet Union. These Nuclear weapons where detected and photographed by an American Spy plane known as the U-2 Spy plane. JFK the Current president at the time was furious because these weapons were pointed directly at the U.S. They decided they would set up a bock aid to destroy soviet ships, but the Soviets with drawled their ships and their weapons for no reason at all. This impacted society because it scared all of the U.S.

    Richard Nixon was the 36th President from 1968-1974. He was Republican and was the former vice president of Dwight Eisenhower. He was the first president to have visited all 50 states and China. He named 4 new Justices in his presidency. The Water Gate was a robbery in the democratic headquarters. Two beguilers broke into the headquarters, and tried to steal from it.

    On July 20th, 1969 NASA launched 3 men into space. They were the first people in the world to ever land on the moon. Not all 3 got to walk on the moon though one had to stay on the ship even though the amount of time they spent on the moon could have been divided by three evenly. These Three people were Neil Armstrong, Buzz Aldrin, and Michael Collins. Michael Collins Never Stood on the moon.

    The challenger was a tragedy that occurred on January 2, 1986. The challenger took off at 11:59 and after 74 seconds it burst into flames and fell to the earth. There where no survivors of this tragedy. This affected the economy because the director of NASA was fired and the space program was shut down for almost 3 years.

Apps and websites such as AOL, Myspace, Twitter, Instagram, Snap chat, And YouTube allow people to talk, send pictures, and watch videos anywhere. This impacted society because people can now talk over long distances. Also people can use these apps for work to know when they may have to come into to work or to give others ideas.
