  • missouri compromise

    The Missouri compromise ban slavery above the latitude 36 * 30 north and was created by congress.
    Many southerners criticised the compromise because they thought that congress can make laws about slavery

  • Compromise of 1850

    The north and the south both have to come to an agreement that no matter what they will try to keep the number of slaves and non slaves equal a will have the same amount of representation in the senate and the north will return any runaway slaves for rewards.
