    The Battle happened at the Sabine Pass which used to be used as a method of transport for both people and commercial products leaving Texas and entering the Gulf of Mexico.

    Took place on The Galveston Harbor, which was the most important port in Texas.
    It was a Confederate victory.
    The Union lost the Harriet Lane, about 150 casualties on the naval ships, as well as the destruction of the Westfield.

    Took place in the banks of the Rio Grande east of Brownsville, Texas.
    It was known as the final battle of the civil war.
    The battle ended as a Confederate victory.
