Became passed and enacted by Congress to ensure that all American citizens had the right to vote. -

Thid type of nonviolent protest occurred where African American students from North Carolina State university would sit in a White dining area until they would be served. -

President John F. Kennedy was the first one to use the "Affirmative Action" rule to provide equal education and employment for women and minorities. -
