Dred Scott v Stanford
Dredd Scott was a slave that was taken from a slave state through a free state. Once they got into the free state Dredd Scott filed a suit stating that because of the state they were residing in, it made him a free man. -

This was a supreme court case where there was a unanimous decision that racial segregation in public schools was unconstitutional. -
24th Amendment
This amendment prohibited any poll taxes in the states -

In this case, 2 gay men were walked in on by a cop and arrested for having gay sex. this case is them trying to receive gay rights -
