Signing the Constitution

New Jersey put the constitution on it"s final form he competed writing 4,300 words in two days.

Ratifying the Constitution

The people supported the new Constitution ,the federalists,began to publish articals supported ratification. It then voted to send the document to the state legislatures for ratification.

Bill of Rights

Twelve admendments, written by James Madison,presented to the staes for final approval only ten were approved those ten make up the Bill of Rights .

Admendments to the Constitution can be either additions or changes to the orginal text.It is not easy to change the constitution.
