    Constantine and the Battle of Milvian Bridge
    Became the first Roman Emporer to convert to Christianity. Called the Council of Nicea to unite Christianity. He moved the capital of Rome to Constantinople. With a victory at the Battle of Milvian Bridge Constantine became the solo emporer of Rome.

    By winning the Battle of Tours Charles Martel stoppped the invading army and the spread of Islam, saving Christianity. Without him Europe might not have had it's predominate religion be Christianity.
