When Lincoln is in his carriage, they plan to kidnap him. -
Booth Meets Conspirators to plan Assassination @8pm
At 8pm John Wilks Booth meets with David Herold, Lewis Powell, and John Atzeodt to plan the assassination of the President, Vice President, and the Secretary of State. -
Lincoln arrives late at Fords Theatre @8:30pm
The play has already started, but the schedule is still on time for the assassination. -
Booth checked to make sure everything was on time @9pm
Once Booth checked that everything was on time, he went to the bar next door to drink. He took his time acting like he wasn't about to kill the president. -
Booth Shoots Abraham Lincoln @10:13pm
Booth sneaks into the Presidents box to shoot and kill him. After he shoots him, Booth runs back down to the stage and runs across it, with someone chasing him. Booth then gets out of Ford's Theatre and gets on his horse and rides away. -
Lewis Powell Attempts to kill The Secretary of State Seward around @10pm
Lewis Powell enters his house saying that he is giving medicine to Seward. Once Lewis enters his room his tries to stab and slash his body. During this Augustus runs around town yelling, "MUDER!" Which makes David Herold run away from the scene.
Once Powell thinks he is done he runs out of the house slashing/stabbing anyone he ran into. -
Booth's Lucky Break @10:35-10:45
When Booth escapes he comes to a bridge that closes at 9pm and it is is only way out of Washington so he uses his acting skills to get across the bridge. -
Dr. Leale Helps Lincoln
After Booth runs away from the scene a US army surgeon named Dr. Leale went to the Presidents box to help him breath and make his heart beat again. -
Herold Meets with Booth
Herold crosses the bridge into Maryland even though the bridge was closed. Then he meets up with Booth on a hill. -
Lincoln to the boarding house
Dr. Leale tries to find a proper place to lay Lincoln in. So he takes him to a boarding house. So none of the public could see him, and so he could die, in peace, in a bed. -
Booth Arrives at Dr. Mudd's House
When Booth & Herold got to Mudd's house they went inside and Mudd took care of Booth's leg. Which ended up being a broken fibula. -
Lincoln Takes His Last Breath @7:22pm
Lincoln is in his deathbed and he takes his last breath. Then people put him in a coffin to take him to Washington for a funeral. -
Booth Gets a Newspaper
For the first time since he shot Lincoln, Booth gets a newspaper, clarifying that he had killed the president. Booth wanted to see the reactions of people of him assassinating the president. -
Lewis Powell Arrives at the Boarding House
The union soldiers are there and questioning Mary Suratt, then Powell comes in and claims he had come to fix the landscaping. Mary declines this and the union arrested Powell and Mary. -
Atzerodt Gets Caught
A calvary finds him at his cousins house. Atezerot surrendered with no fight. Then he confessed everything he knew. From the plot to the conspirators. -
Boat to Virginia
Booth and Herold and rowed out into the Potomac towards Virginia. This time they row the right way. On April 23, they set foot on Virginia soil. -
John Wilks Booth Dies
After getting shot Booth falls to his knees and crumbles. Baker and Conger sprint into the farm seizing his pistol. Then they take Booth out of the barn and they lay him down. They call for a doctor and the doctor says that he'll never recover. Booth is in and out of consciousness, and soon his lips turn purple and his throat swells. Then Booth takes his last breath. -
Booth and Herold Spend the Night in the Tobacco Farm
The Garrett's do not allow for Booth and Herold stay another night in the house, so they put them in the tobacco farm. Without Booth and Herold knowing the Garrett's put a lock on the door so they couldn't escape with their horses, not because they knew they would get caught. -
Booth and Herold get Caught
A calvary ends up at the Garrett's farm and then surrounds the Tobacco Barn because they knew Booth and Herold were in there. Harold just surrenders and exits the Tobacco Barn -
Calvary Burns Down Tobacco Barn
The calvary burns down the Tobacco Barn because they think that Booth would come out not wanting to burn. -
Booth gets Shot
The Tobacco Barn is burning down with Booth still inside of it. Booth draws out his pistol and brings it into the firing position. So Corbett, someone part of the calvary aimed his revolver at Booth, and fired. -
Hanging
The conspirators, Mary Surratt, David Herold, Lewis Powell, and George Atzerodt have a trial. Then they are hung to die.
