It required king john of England to proclaim certain liberties.

It was a statement of civil liberties sent by the English parliment to Charles the 1st.
It demanded that the king no longer imprison or otherwise punish any person but by the lawful judgement of his peers. -
English Bill of rights
It lays down limits on the powers of the crown and sets out the rights of Parliment.
It reestablished the liberty of protestants to have arms for their defense. -
albany plan of union
it is proposed that humble application be made for an act of Parliment of Great Britain, by virtue of which one general government may be formed in America.

The British Army killed five civilian men and injured six others.
