This law was important because not everyone believes in the same believes and not everyone's the same color. However, just because an employee and an employer are different in that way does not mean that the employer can refuse to hire that said person. It protects employees of different color and religion who want and need a job.

    OSHA
OSHA stands for occupational safety and health administration. The main goal for OSHA was to prevent any workplace from having hazardous conditions. The act also included three right for workers; the right to know about dangers of a job, the right to file OSHA complaints, and the right for not being punished by exercising rights that are given by OSHA. OSHA is important in work environments in order to protect the health of employees and not put them at risk.
