 river valley. But the indians didn’t
 want them to so they went to war

  The proclamation of 1763 was marking the
 boundaries of appalachia. Britain was doing
 this to keep the colonists safe but the colonists
 misunderstood the law and thought that the
 throne was trying to keep control of them. So
 the colonists headed west.

  The stamp act is where you have to buy stamps
 in order to get paper products. They did this so
 they could pay for the war. If you don’t pay you
 could get jailed and or get fined.

  The tea act was meant to make the colonists
 happy by the tea being about the same price as
 the other tea because britain allowed the tea
 company to lower its prices so with the tax it
 would be about the same price.

 Americans and dumped 342 chests
 into Boston harbor. The tea in all
 Costed more than$ 250,000.

  Intolerable acts was what Britain used to punish
 the colonists for the Boston tea party. Nothing was
 allowed to leave or enter Boston harbor until the tea
 was payed for in full. The government also
 got more power and the soldiers got more power
 also.
