My First Day of Kindergarten
This is significant because it was the beginning of my learning journey at the school I would be staying at for another 10 years. This is also significant because it is the first step towards my education and I learnt essential skills for the future. -
First Vacation
This is significant becaue it was our first of many visits to disney land! Also, it was the first time I was staying somewhere that wasn't in Canada, and my first trip to an amusement park ever! -
My Uncle's Wedding
This is significant because it welcomed a new aunt into my life, and now I have a 3 year old cousin that I absolutely love and am very close with. Also she brought a dog into my life when i always wanted one and said it was like mine, he helped me overcome my fear of dogs as a kid :) -
Future Possibilities
This is significant because I was chosen from my school to participate in a program that allowed me to help any cause that I wanted to and we got coaches to help us alogn the way. I raised around 120 dollars and adopted 3 baby tigers (although they proabbly arent babys anymore), and a panda. This is also significant because it introduced me to really helping things I cared about (endangered animals) and I learned a lot from it -
First School Play
Sadly, I don't have a picture of this event, but I can say that it was The HunchBack of Notre Dame and I was the singing jester, Clopin. It is significant because it led to many other plays throughout following years, and numerous talent shows. It is significant because if it werent for this play, I'd still have stage fright, and those fantastic memories wouldn't exist! -
Elementary School Graduation
This is significant because it was the ending of my 10 years of learning from familiar people, and the end of my closest 8 year friendships as I went to a different High school as they did. Leaving a place that you spent everyday in for almost 10 years and having people watch you grow up is very significant to me because I wouldnt be who i am without that school. -
Marianas trench Concert
This is significant because, although it wasn't my first concert it was the best!! Since it was my favuorite band, and teenage girls are a little more crazy when they arent contained in a huge arena in seats, it was very exciting, though scary at first, and one of the most amazing times of my life! -
First Day of High School
This is significant because it was the new step in my life that prepared me for university and that would further my learning experience. I also had to learn new skills and make new friends, which was a little hard to find ones that connect with me, and also it is significant because it is a change going from oen thing almost your whole life, to something completely new in a summer! -
Meeting Carly Rae Jepsen
This was actually this week! I went to Much Music downtown with my friend hayley to see Carly preform and get interviewed, and we met her and got her autograph!! It was significant because it was a really cool thing to see the studio and meet all the hosts and HER of course, because I'd never been to Much Music before and I've never met someone even remotely famous before, so that was awesome!
