    On this day I made myself swear that I would at least attempt to carry this out, but I would not chicken out and stop prior to even beginning. This marked the beginning of my journey to go across Canada.

    On this day, I began to plan out the route, starting from Langley and heading through Hope and the Coquihalla Canyon.

    Training

    During this period, for the first two months I will allow myself to go a minimum of 20km a day for training (by bike or walking or rowing), and after that, I will go to 15km a day due to School. In the spring of 2013 I will begin working up by adding 10km per week.
