Cafe Valley Origins
Café Valley began as a small retail bakery located in Phoenix, Arizona at the corner of 16th Street and Indian School Road. Known for European-style delicious baked goods and uncompromising quality and standards, demand from local retailers eventually sparked Café Valley to evolve into a commercial commissary. -
Reputation Grows
Soon our reputation and quality spread throughout the Southwest and eventually was discovered by an international club store chain. More and more retailers, grocers and club stores began to select Café Valley baked goods to carry for their customers. -
Growth & Expansion
We quickly outgrew our original commissary and moved into a 106,000 square foot manufacturing facility in the Southwest Valley. Over the years, more and more leading retail accounts and new food service companies discovered Café Valley’s innovation and quality. By 1999, with expanded its capacity, improved efficiency and consistent high quality standards, we moved to large-scale production and distribution. -
New Facility
In January 2011, Café Valley built and moved into its new 285,000 square foot state-of-the-art manufacturing facility located at 7000 West Buckeye Road in Phoenix. -
