    Constantine wanted to go and expand the byzantine empire so he tried improving stuff making a new wall promising food and bringing art from Rome and all of this would establish the city of Constantinople known today as Istanbul in the modern day

    Justinian ruled from 527 to 565 AD, in his early rule there was a revolt the Nika revolt which was there to protest Justinian's policy's which ended after he executed all of them in the hippodrome but also Justinian is known for his law which he establish which other civilization would copy.
