Sperm cell from a man swims up through the vagina into the uterus. It joins a woman’s eggs cell. And then goes to the fallopian tubes. -

The eyes start to begin forming, they form in large dark circles for now. The mouth, lower jaw, and throat is developing. Blood circulation is starting! -
2 months (12 weeks)
Size- 2in Weight-.40oz
Small parts of the arms and legs are starting to form. The neural tube forms. Small nail beds start coming in. -
3 months (16 weeks)
Size-4in Weight-3oz
Your baby’s ears are almost done forming. It is possible that the baby may be able to hear soft sounds. Baby’s skin is still translucent. -
4 months (20 weeks)
Size-5in weight- 5oz
Baby’s skin is still not fully formed. The baby is still small -
5 months (24 weeks)
Size- 11in weight- 1lbs
All of the inner ear is fully developed. The baby has a sense of balance.the lungs are fully developed but they baby cannot breath yet. -
6 months (28 weeks)
Size- 14in weight- 2lbs
The baby should now have eyelashes. The baby can now open and close its eyes. The baby’s brain is not yet developed. The baby’s head should be facing down at this time. -
7 months (32 weeks)
Size- 16in weight- 3lbs
The baby will be on its head. The baby’s skin is no longer see through. You may feel the baby moving around at this point. -
8 months (36 weeks)
Size-18in weight-5lbs
All the baby’s bones are formed but they are not linked yet. That being said now they can mobbed through the cervix easily. -
9 months (40 weeks)
Size-20in weight-7lbs
The baby is fully flipped head down. Ready to be born. The baby is curled in the fetal position.
