Blood Comes From The Body
Veins brings blood into the heart. -
Superior & Inferior Vena Cava
Blood is pumped through the veins into the Vena Cava by the Superior & Inferior openings. -
Blood Flows Into The Right Atrium
After passing throught the Vena Cava, blood is then pumped into the right atrium. -
Passing Through The Tricuspid Valve
After flowing through the right atrium, blood then flows to the Tricuspid Valve. -
Right Ventricle
Under the Tricuspid Valve -
Blood Flows Into The Pulmonary Valve
After traveling through the right ventricle, blood flows up to the Pulmonary Valve. -
Blood Flows Out Through The Pulmonary Artery
When coming out of the Pulmonary Valve, blood then travels out of the heart to the lungs by the Pulmonary Artery. -
Blood Flows Through The Lungs
Blood travles into the lungs where oxygen and carbon dioxide are exchanged. -
Pulmonary Veins
Oxygenated blood flows from the lungs through the Pulmonary Veins. -
Blood Flow Arrives At The Left Atrium
After goin through the Pulmonary Veins, oxygenated blood arrives at the Left Atrium. -
Blood Flows Through The Bicuspid (mitral) Valve
Coming from the Left Atrium, oxygenated blood flows down to the mitral valve. -
Blood Arrives At Left Ventricle
After flowing to the mitral valve, blood then flows to the Left Ventricle, which is under the mitral valve. -
Blood Travels Up To The Aortic Valve
Oxygenated blood flows up into the Aortic Valve. -
Blood Flows To The Aorta Where It Leaves The Heart.
After being pumped from the Aortic Valve, blood flows to the Aorta where it leaves the heart. After blood leaves the heart it travels both to the upper body & the lower body. -
Blood Leaves The Heart & Travels Through The Body
After leaving the Aorta, blood flows all over the body to help it function etc.
