Then the blood picks up oxygen in the lung by capillaries. -

It goes back to the heart through pulmonary veins. -

Next the blood enters the left atruim. -
Passes...
Then the blood passes the bicuspid/mitral valve and goes into the left ventricle. -
Goes to...
The it goes through the aortic valve. -
Finally, it goes...
Finally, the blood move to the aorta and spread through out the body, The process starts all over again when the blood goes to the heart again.
