Cultural Challenge in Egypt
At the cafe, team must go into the kitchen and learn how to prepare cow brains, a CUSTOM(practice that a group of people regularly follow) often practiced in Egypt. Once team has learned how, they must go to the ABSOLUTE LOCATION(the exact position of an object/place measured within spatial coordinates of a grid-system) where cow brains originated. In order to get to that place, team must use a REFERENCE MAP(a map type that shows information for a particular place). Time to do this: 3hrs -

Challenge at Belgenney Farm
After waiting around all night, team gets clue at 9:00am by the farm's owner.The team's challenge is to decapitate 2 sheeps heads and then debone it. According to farmers, there is a PATTERN(a particular arrangement) on how to do it. New South Wales grassy LANDSCAPE(material character of a place) is perfect for raising sheep. After killing the sheep in a gentle way,team must debone it at a particular SITE(the physical character of a place) where it wil be shipped off

Team departs from Kuala Lumur on AIRBUS INDUSTRIE A330-300 at 11:20 p.m. and arrives in Tokyo at 6:40 a.m. the next day.

Challenge at Sukiyabashi Jiro
At 7:00 am team receives challenge which is to prepare a dish by stabbing and skinning a frog and serving him half alive on a plate. Team must then eat it. Team first goes to the PLACE(uniqueness of a location) where the frogs are kept. One of Japan's CULTURE TRAITS(A single attribute of culture) is eating live sushi. After successfully serving it, the team must now eat it. FOLK SONGS(traditionally sung by the common people of a region and is part of the culture) are sung as the team does it. -
Flight From Dubai to Stockholm
After the layover, Team leaves Dubai on BOEING 777-300ER at 12:05 a.m. arrives in Stockholm at 6:40 a.m.

After arriving at the Stockholm Airport, Team takes a 30 minute cab ride to Restaurang, Akkurat and arrives at 7:10 a.m. -

Challenge in Sweden
Teams challenge is to go to local markets all throughout the country's CAPITAL(principle city in a state or country) and find ingredients necessary to make Bloodsoppa(soup with goose blood as the main ingredient). After getting ingredients, team must take a class on how to make it. Team must then go around town again and get 3 approvals from cafe's. Team is allowed to use a GLOBAL POSITIONING SYSTEM(satellite-based system for determining absolute location) to navigate.

After the layover in London, Team departs London at 12:00 a.m.on Airbus A320 and arrives in Lisbon at 2:30 a.m. -

Team checks into hotel at 2:30 a.m., sleeps and then checkouts at 7:00 a.m. -

Challenge in Lisbon
After arriving to the restaurant at 7:10 am, Team challenge is to go to the sea (10 minutes walking distance) and collect 15 pounds of fish eggs, a HABIT(repetitive act that a certain individual performs) performed everyday by the people in Lisbon. After collecting the eggs, Team must return back to the restaurant using a MENTAL MAP(Image of the way space is organized as determined by an individual's perception) and chop the eggs and help the chef prepare the meal.
