Curiosity
I developed this trait at a very young age because I was always curious. When I was little, I placed my cup with apple juice on the table and tipped it to see what would happen. -
Honesty
I learned to be honest at a young age. My parents always told me how important it is to be truthful about yourself and your actions. -
Caring
When my brother and I were little, we would always go to our grandparents' house for the weekend to spend time with them. -
Patience
I learned to be patient at a young age. Ever since my brother was born and started growing with me, I learned that I have to be patient and that not everything is always going to be my way. -
Generosity
My grandma taught me how it is important to be generous especially to your close ones. What goes around comes around. -
Learning To Bike
My dad bought me a pink bike and would help/teach me how to ride it. -
Six Flags
I went to six flags with my family for the first time and really enjoyed it. I love going there till this day. -
Responsibility
I learned about responsibility around age 9. My parents would give me chores such as vacuuming the floor and basic things like cleaning after myself. -
Adaptability
I learned to adapt when I first moved and transferred schools. I realized sometimes you might not have a big say in things but it is necessary to change and adapt. -
A-B Honor Roll
I was given an award/certificate for receiving A's and B's on my report card. I was very proud. -
Determination
I learned this trait around 4th grade when I was determined to get a solo in a dance. I practiced everyday to perfect my technique and I ended up being chosen. -
Bravery
I learned this trait around age 12. This was when I attended my gymnastics competition. I learned that there will be times where I have to step out of my comfort zone and push through myself. -
Camp
I attended camp for one week in Wisconsin without my parents. It was really fun and I love going there to this day. -
New Jersey
My family and I went to New Jersey over the summer to celebrate my mom's birthday. It was important to us because we got to spend time together and remember these moments. -
Best friend
When I was 10, I met a girl who had just moved to the U.S. We ran into each other again at 13 and ever since then we've been best friends. -
Courage
I developed this trait when I decided to practice driving with my dad for the first time. -
Europe
I traveled to Italy and Turkey with my dance team to perform and learn about different cultures. -
Permit
I received my permit and was finally able to start practicing my driving. -
Family From Ukraine
On this day, some of my family members from Ukraine came to America and I was able to see them after not seeing them. -
First Job
I got hired and attended my first day at work. I was able to experience a new setting and meet new people.
