Mark Cuban used a single server and ISDN line to show the University of Indiana Hoosiers basketball game on the internet. His company was called Audionet which later became Broadcast.net. -
Basketball Ball Changes
The official basketball was changed from a leather ball to a synthetic surface and modified rib pattern. The new ball had so many compliants and lawsuits that it only was used for one year. -
