Having to much info can be confusing. it is not necessary to have to much information when you don't need all that information. -
Too Many People
Making decisions by committee is difficult because it can distract the one who is making the decision -
Emotional Attachments
Decisions tend to involve the prospect of change, which many people find difficult. -
No Emotional Attachment
Sometimes it’s difficult to make a decision because you just don't care enough anyways.
