    -They may be strong enough to pull themselves up to a standing position while holding onto a chair or sofa.
    -Baby is figuring out how to pair up her motor skills with her senses.
    -They can also manipulate toys with relative ease, banging blocks together, tossing a ball, or fitting a series of different-sized cups into one another.

    -Twist to pick up objects
    -Walk when supported by both hands
    -Crawl up stairs
  • Baby’s 10th Month

    Baby’s 10th Month
    -Babies at this age can crawl, pull from a seated position to standing, squat while holding on or sit back down, and cruise around while holding onto the furniture or your hands.
    -They can also spot items easily at this age and quickly get to them.
    -They're also figuring out how to fit smaller objects into larger ones

    -They can start attempting to feed themselves
    -Words and wordlike sounds are now spilling out of your baby
    -Brain is still continuing to develop
  • Baby’s 12 Month

    -Your toddler may be able to stand up without help from you or other support
    -They start shaking and banging things and putting them together in piles or towers then knocking them apart.
    - They may even start climbing stairs or on furniture and start running.

    • Keep hands in tiny fists -Hands and leg move equally on both sides -When lying on their tummy, holds head up briefly

    -When on his or her belly, can hold up their head and may even push on the arms
    -Good head control when held in a sitting position
    - Fists remain unclenched half of the time

    • Grasps and shakes hand toys -Brings hand to mouth -Stretches legs out and kicks when lying on stomach or back
  • Baby's 4th month

    • Rolls from front to back -Has good head control when sitting -Brings toys to the mouth, often with a two-handed grasp

    -Baby's leg muscles start getting ready for crawling
    -Baby's grasp gets stronger
    -They may be able to hold a bottle
