I was born five weeks premature at Metropolitian Hospital weighing 4 pounds and 7 ounces. The nurses at the General Hospital that I stayed at for two weeks nicknamed me Sassy Samantha. (Both hospitals are located in Windsor, Ontario but may be renamed.) (I was nine days old in this picture) -
